August 1, 2005Trinity Working Hard in the Off-SeasonTrinity will complete its most difficult three weeks of the off-season thus far this Thursday when they finish their second and final team camp. Mixing in 6:00 AM workouts three times per week, this three-week stretch has seen the team working out for strength, speed, endurance, and skill. Following the end of camp Thursday, they will enter the final conditioning phase of the off-season and hope to steamroll into the pre-season. With less than 50 days left till opening day, we are all getting antsy and looking forward to the opening contest against St. Joes at TCHS on Sept 17th.
